PHYSICAL STRENGTH TRAINING METHODS IN BADMINTON TEACHING AND TRAINING

ABSTRACT Introduction In badminton performance, athletes need to precisely manage the movements of mastered techniques quickly complete swing and regroup strength upper lower limbs hit ball quickly. Objective Study effect exercise on physical performance players according training. Methods 24 were randomly divided into limb, control groups. The limb group trained for eight weeks. final test was conducted, data properly compared analyzed. Results After weeks intense training, throwing ability significantly improved; group, improving CVM contraction bilateral knee extensors not evidenced, centrifugal improved. Conclusion experiment shows that training can help athletes’ positively impacting their performance. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
